We want a race with TeamBVD

Post by tyco »

Goede avond,

I'm a member of the german RC5-72 GHN-Subteam Hardwareecke.de [HWE], and we would like to make a race with you.

Perhaps: Who will fluh up to 12-31-2005 most blocks.

I am curious about your decision.

This is our Forum.

Nice...we had a battle in the past with [DPC] Divison Brabant. That was rather nice.

We created a poll to determine if we will race or not... We'll let you know by Fryday!

There are still some questions, like:
* What stats page will we use? We prefer a independend one, link distributed.net. But I think that's for you not possible since you are a member of GHN :?
* What conditions are you thinking about for the race?

Okay, we wait until Friday.

Stats...is something difficult to yours.

Your stats are her:
http://stats.distributed.net/participan ... &id=403148

Our stats are here:
http://www.rc5stats.de/ These stats are updated by Distri at 3 o'clock. So it is not our proxy. These blocks have been appreciated and judged by Distri.

Ähmm, 20 k yesterday is not our ordinary flush. ;(

There is something to say to join or leave our team. If someone of the rest of GHN joins HWE....these blocks will also join HWE. And if someone leaves our team....the blocks will be lost for HWE. But I have the summary and will correct it correspondingly. But this isn't necessary at all because we must add only the daily Flushs.

For example:

Code: Select all

Date Team Yesterday Overall Summary
30.03.05 TeamBVD 13,668 12,010,878 13,668
          Hardwareecke.de 20.198 9.487.856 20.198
The winner will be that team with the most blocks in summary at 01.10.05. That are the stats of the 30.09.05....if you agree.....we could start on Friday 01.04.09....so first stats on saturday. ^:^

10.000 blocks would be a nice prize for the winner. :9 ....if you agree.....or just for fun?

From our voting is became clear that the race goes on! But I think we first need to determine the terms and conditions for the race, before we start.

A few suggestions:

* Winner get 10K from the other team with the email address of the winner on a proxy prefered by the winner.
* Race takes 6 months and starts at ?????
* The team with that flusht the most blocks during the 6 months will be the winner
* No megaflushes
* No team merging during the 6 months of the race.

etc maybe more?

If we both agree on the terms that we can determine the starting date.

ok

ok....perhaps today?
* The team with that flusht the most blocks during the 6 months will be the winner
ok
* No megaflushes
ok, we will do not organize megaflushes by the team. But if someone is saving by himself, we have no influence. However, I will point out to all members to refrain from something like that. But nevertheless if somebody single is megaflushing, this will not be a infringement of the rules.

Is this ok?
* No team merging during the 6 months of the race.
ok

Let's start! 8)

Okay, tomorrow we will see the first stats. :9

We have only one big private buffer. This is a birthday buffer. These blocks won't be judged. ;(

So no problem for you. These blocks will come these month. I will tell you.

So have a nice race until 30.09.05.

Thank you! ^:^

But I will do my Excelstats for myself, if Distristats will be down. It looks like this:

Happy birthday to [bvd]south. Nice Birthdayflush!

Our best flusher has flushed nothing the last 2 days. :(

Something to correct:

Keyfinder has flushed 9361 blocks yesterday. His latest big Flush of 52k was on 10.03.2005. He has saved half of the blocks before the 02.04.2005.
So you have to correct our Stats for -4680 yesterday-blocks.

Hi,

Aber ich denke "The race must go on".

I thank everyone. Particularly Floppus. I write in English the next time again. The topic was so explosive this time that I wanted to write nothing wrong because my English isn't so good.
